App Review: Canva
The Canva app can be used to make graphics, cards, posters, and so on. The app it's self is free to download but the contents with in the app cost money. Due to the wide variety of design aspects you can crosse from, this app could be used for multiple ages. It may be to complex for a student in K through 2nd grade.
The app icon itself is very appealing. It looks like a clean simple design from first glance but actually has great detail behind the "C". |
Teachers could use this app in the class room to make graphic for around the room and also for student use. An example of student use would be making an informational poster after or during a book report, history lesson, math lesson, and ect.

From my first impression, Canva is a great app to create your own graphics. I created a poster about Theodore Seuss Geisel without any information on how Canva worked and I figured everything out everything I needed to complete my poster. This showed me that Canva is a very user friendly app. I do wish that Canva provided more free pictures and backgrounds for it's users. Below you can see my first project done in Canva.
